Shipping and Delivery Policy

WhatsQR does not ship physical goods. This page explains how a paid view pack is delivered. India packs are sold by NexaChip Solution LLP. The billing label is WhatsQR.
Digital delivery
View packs are delivered inside the merchant portal after payment is confirmed. There is no courier, no shipping charge, and no delivery address for a pack.
Menus and catalogues stay online. A customer opens them by scanning a QR code. Nothing is posted to them.
When it arrives
Paid views are added after Razorpay or MyFatoorah confirms the payment. That is usually within a few minutes.
If the views are not visible after a successful payment, use the contact form. We will add the views or refund the payment under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
