Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

A view pack is a prepaid digital credit. It is not a physical product. You pay for a pack before those views are used. A view is counted when someone opens a published page.

Cancellation

You can cancel a pack request in the portal while it is still unpaid. After payment is confirmed, the views are added to the account.

You can close the merchant account from Settings. Closing stops the shop. It does not refund views that were already used.

Refunds

Paid views that have not been used can be refunded if you ask before they are consumed. Views that have already been counted are not refunded. Free demo views have no cash value.

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. We confirm the request within 7 working days. Razorpay, MyFatoorah, or the bank may take further time to show the money.

If a payment succeeds and the views are not added because of a fault on our side, we add the views or refund the payment.
